The Clear Self Build (Previously ProAktive) scheme is available to companies who are registered with the FCA and transact business within the UK. As a registered broker you can access the online quote and buy facility which allows you to obtain instant quotes and to bind cover immediately. Commission is included within all quotations and policy documents are stored electronically, allowing you to access them at any time.
Our policy, backed by Aviva will cover your client’s project whether they are building a new property of standard construction or a more modern method such as ICF.
We will also cover renovations if they are looking to substantially renovate the whole property or more modest work. We will cover all kinds of conversions from churches and barns to water towers and ex-commercial properties. The extension/renovation/conversion policy will cover the existing structure and new works as standard along with public and employers liability.
We understand you may not see this type of risk regularly so we are happy to discuss your client’s requirements.
To access the scheme, please complete the application form (see Documentation) and return to the team at [email protected]. A Terms of Business Agreement will be issued through the REG Network, must be signed, and returned. Once received you will then be sent login details for the facility and will be able to transact business immediately.
